Lyle E. Wilkins is a Christian author whose writing explores the lives of biblical figures through imaginative, faith-centered storytelling. In his book I Carried the Cross: A Story About Simon of Cyrene, Wilkins brings to life the man who was pulled from the crowd and compelled to help carry Jesus’ cross on the road to Calvary.
