Shannon Baum-Diaz is a Christian author, ordained minister, peer support professional, and advocate whose life is a testimony of redemption through Jesus Christ. After years of addiction, incarceration, and personal brokenness, Shannon encountered God in a life-changing way and began a journey of healing, ministry, and service. She later worked in homeless outreach and as a forensic program manager, using her experience to help others struggling with addiction and hopelessness.
She is the author of Breaking the Chains: By the Supernatural Power of Jesus, a deeply personal book about overcoming addiction, spiritual bondage, shame, anger, and unforgiveness through faith in Christ. Shannon has also written The Covenant, continuing her mission to challenge believers to pursue biblical truth and a deeper relationship with God. Today, she shares the Gospel through her writing, ministry, and personal testimony, encouraging others to believe that freedom, restoration, and a new life are possible through Jesus.
